The Ipima Street tram stop is a 1-minute walk away, and the cafés, restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries of Lonsdale Street are right on your doorstep. With a King bedroom, a full kitchen and laundry, and secure parking, it's ideal for public servants and professionals on extended contracts in Canberra, and couples relocating to the ACT.

The Apartment  
The open-plan living area has a Smart TV with free-to-air channels and a dining setting for four. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, including an oven, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle, plus utensils.

The bedroom has a King bed and blackout blinds. The spacious bathroom has a shower, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided. There's a full laundry, which makes life easy on a longer stay.

Air conditioning is available, along with WiFi. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:  
\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
