Eastern Valley Way is a modern, light-filled apartment for stays of a month or more in Belconnen, about 7km from Canberra's CBD. It has outstanding views over Lake Ginninderra and Belconnen's green landscape. Westfield Belconnen, the University of Canberra, restaurants, cafés and bars are all close by, and a bus stop is just 21m from the building. It's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Canberra, visiting academics and university staff, and couples relocating to the ACT.

The Apartment  
The comfortable living room has a three-seater couch, a TV with free-to-air channels, Netflix and YouTube, and a reading nook overlooking the lake. The spotless kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, an induction cooktop, cookware, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats four.

The bedroom has a Queen bed and built-in robes, and opens onto an undercover balcony with seating facing the lake. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, and the internal laundry has a washer and dryer.

Split-system air conditioning runs throughout, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Building Facilities  
Guests have access to the building's indoor pool, Sky Lounge and other common facilities.

You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected from a location about 750m away (a 3-minute drive), with full details sent 3 days before check-in. Stairs are required to reach the outside of the property. Secure underground parking is included for one vehicle.

\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.  
  
Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:  
\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.  
  
We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
